What data is processed and what for

• Contact emails. If you write to the contact address, the data you include is processed (your email address and the content of the message) for the sole purpose of answering your query and, if you ask for one, preparing a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request and legitimate interest in attending to the communication (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR). Messages are kept for as long as the conversation lasts and, if it leads to a professional relationship, for the duration of that relationship and the associated legal periods.
• Audience measurement. This site uses GoatCounter, a visit counter that uses no cookies and does not identify the visitor; it only produces aggregate counts (page views, approximate origin). That is why this site shows no cookie banner: it does not use them.
• Contact form. If you use the contact form, the data you provide is processed: name, organisation, email and message. That data is transmitted through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) for the sole purpose of delivering the message to the ONTOS inbox; it is not used for any other purpose, it is not passed on to third parties and it is kept only in the mailbox. Legal basis: consent of the data subject when submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Requests for access to ONTOS. ONTOS is invitation-only and the request is made by writing an email from the request page: there is no form and no intermediary, the message goes from your inbox to the ONTOS one. The data you include (name, email address, how we know each other and what you would want to keep in ONTOS) is processed for the sole purpose of reading the request, deciding on it and replying to you. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). The message is kept for as long as the exchange lasts and, if it does not lead to sign-up, it is deleted from the mailbox. If it does lead to sign-up, whatever is processed from then on is governed by the consent form you will read and accept inside the system before writing any data, not by this policy.

What is not done

Data is not passed on to third parties except where legally required, no profiling is carried out and no advertising is sent. Your email address is used exclusively to reply to you. The typeface on this site is self-hosted: it does not connect to third-party servers to load fonts.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@ontosdigital.es. If you believe that any processing is not correct, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
